Sneak Peek: 2020 Lexus GX 460

The new Lexus GX 460 luxury midsize SUV is getting modern styling but will undoubtedly retain its excellent off-road capability. Come into Lexus Stevens Creek, serving northern California, to experience the 2020 GX 460 available this Fall.

Comfort and Convenience

The new GX 460 will offer a comfortable, elegant cabin with standard NuLuxe®-trimmed seats, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control with an interior air filter, a power moonroof, and running boards for added ease when getting in and out of your Lexus. Some of the available features will consist of a semi-aniline leather-trimmed interior, a heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, second-row captain’s chairs, 50/50-split power fold-flat third-row seats, and three-zone climate control. Also, four interior color choices, including the new optional red leather, mahogany wood accents, and all-new grey Sapele wood and aluminum trimming, will be available.

Technology

Lexus will again load the GX 460 with the latest technology. An 8.0-inch touch-screen display, Bluetooth® technology, voice command, Amazon Alexa integration, HD Radio™ subscription-free traffic and weather, SiriusXM® satellite radio, a nine-speaker audio system, and four USB ports will come standard. Lexus Enform Remote, which will let you remotely start your GX 460, lock and unlock your doors, and find your vehicle in a crowded parking lot, will also be standard. Optional technology will incorporate navigation, a seventeen-speaker Mark Levinson® surround sound system, and a dual-screen rear-seat entertainment system.

Safety

Newly standard on the GX 460 will be the Lexus Safety System+ suite of driver-assisted features. This suite incorporates pre-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert, intelligent high beam, and high-speed dynamic radar cruise control. Additional standard safety features will include an advanced airbag system utilizing ten airbags, a backup camera with dynamic gridlines, full-time four-wheel drive with active traction control, vehicle stability control, hill-start and downhill assist control, and trailer sway control when towing up to the 6,500-pound capacity. Intuitive parking assist, blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert, and an advanced monitor system employing a wide-angle camera to help see around blind corners will be available.
