    Review: 2019 Lexus LS 500

    The 2019 Lexus LS 500 is a full-size luxury sedan that comfortably accommodates five passengers with its wide, comfortable seats, quiet cabin, and delivers an engaging driving experience with swift acceleration. Lexus Stevens Creek in San Jose has the new fifth-generation LS 500 available for you to test drive.


    A 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbocharged engine paired with a 10-speed direct-shift automatic transmission powers the new Lexus LS 500. The LS 500 pumps out 416-hp and 442 lb-ft of torque, goes 0-60 mph in just 4.6 seconds, and has a top track speed of 136 mph. Standard features include 19-inch wheels, a rear-wheel drivetrain, and Drive Mode Select with Normal, ECO, and Sport modes. All-wheel drive is offered as well as an adaptive variable air suspension to help maintain the vehicle’s low center of gravity. The LS 500 is available in F Sport and hybrid trim levels.


    Whether it be a short or long trip in the northern California area, you are sure to find yourself sitting comfortably in your LS 500 with standard leather upholstery, 16-way power-adjustable heated and ventilated front seats, and a dual-zone climate control system. Optional features include semi-aniline leather seats, butterfly power-retractable headrests for both the front and rear passengers, power-reclining rear seats with massage settings, 28-way power-adjustable front and 18-way adjustable rear seats, four-zone climate control, and a panorama glass roof.

A 12.3-inch high-resolution split-screen multimedia display, Apple CarPlay® integration, Amazon Alexa compatibility, dynamic voice command, navigation, a 12-speaker premium sound system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, Lexus Enform app suite, SmartAccess keyless entry, and Lexus Enform Remote to remotely start your engine, adjust climate controls, and check your fuel level status are standard. Optional features consist of a rear-seat touchscreen control panel, 24-inch full-color head-up display, and a 23-speaker Mark Levinson® Reference surround sound audio system with Quantum Logic® Immersion technology.
