    Review: 2019 Lexus RX 450h

The Lexus RX 450h offers efficiency, versatility, and reliability with class-leading fuel economy, the option of two or three rows of seating, and an outstanding 4.5 out of five predicted reliability rating from J.D. Power. Visit Lexus Stevens Creek in San Jose to test drive this luxurious utility vehicle.

The 2019 Lexus RX hybrid model is available in the 450h, 450hL, a long-wheelbase alternative, and the 450h F Sport. Each of these models is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with powerful electric motors and an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission with active torque control all-wheel drive. The base model produces a total system horsepower of 308 and achieves an EPA-estimated 28 mpg highway and 31 mpg city with an estimated total driving range of 516 miles. The available driving modes include Normal, ECO, Sport, and an EV mode for battery power alone, while the F Sport adds a Sport S+ mode. This certified super ultra-low emission vehicle has a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds.

Not only does your Lexus RX hybrid vehicle produce lower emissions, but the manufacturing of the standard NuLuxe® leatherette interior trim generates far less CO2 and VOC emissions than other synthetic leathers. With standard features including the soft texture of the NuLuxe® seats, dual-zone climate control, and 10-way power-adjustable driver’s and 8-way front passenger’s seats, you’ll find an abundance of comfort. Available are semi-aniline perforated leather-trimmed seats, heated and ventilated front seats, reclining second-row seats, and second-row captain’s chairs.

The list of standard technology features includes an infotainment system with an 8-inch display and 12-speaker audio system, Bluetooth®, SiriusXM® satellite radio, HD Radio™ with up-to-date traffic and weather, Siri® Eyes Free, Scout® GPS Link, HomeLink®, two USB ports, a SmartAccess key fob, and Lexus Enform Service Connect which allows you to get your vehicle’s status and maintenance needs remotely. An upgraded 12.3-inch high-resolution split-screen multimedia display, a 3D navigation system, voice command, full-color head-up display, an 835-watt Mark Levinson® premium surround sound audio system with 15 speakers, and Lexus Enform App Suite are available.
