Helping our Furry Friends at HSSV

Pet food, toys, carriers, towels and blankets filled up the red donation bins at the Lexus of Stevens Creek Service Center. For the months of May and June, LSC collaborated with the Milpitas-based Humane Society Silicon Valley.

"It's so wonderful to team up with the Humane Society Silicon Valley again this year for another successful drive. This year we were able to donate three 700 gallon bins full of supplies as well as over three hundred dollars cash" says Community Relations Manager Cipriana Huerta. "They are truly making a difference in the lives of our four-legged friends in need, and we couldn't do this without the support of our incredibly generous Lexus guests."

All the food provided goes to both support the foster animals and to animals of families who are in financial hardship. while the toys and bedding are used for the animals in our care to make their time here a little better.

The Humane Society Silicon Valley is on a mission to save and enhance the lives of animals in our community. Since HSSV was founded in 1929, the group has adopted more than 500,000 animals into permanent, loving homes. To learn more about how you can get involved, visit www.hssv.org.
